Mike Abodeely has worked in the Healthcare industry for the last twelve years as a Safe Patient Handling Specialist. In this capacity, he provides solutions to hospitals struggling with how to move or handle patients in a manner that is safest to both staff and patient alike. Mike became involved with the Homeland Heroes Foundation to give back to those who have given so much and now need help. He lives in Windham, NH with Lori, his his wife of over 30 years, and their dog Calvin.

Carol Lee Kilduff
CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD | Active Since 2022
Carol Lee Kilduff is owner emeritus and cofounder of Visiting Angels Chelmsford MA. Together with her business partner, she started and operated this Visiting Angels location for 9 years offering compassionate home care to seniors. Over the years, they provided over 500,000 hours of care for thousands of seniors. Previously, she was the Vice President of North American Sales for L-com Connectivity Products of North Andover, MA. Carol has over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, business strategy, team building, and accounting. Carol’s family has a long line of Veterans including her father, grandfathers, and uncles. In her retirement, she has been volunteering with the Homeland Heroes Foundation for the past year. Carol is greatly looking forward to putting her skills and energy to great use by offering assistance to our treasured veterans and helping to grow the amazing organization that The Homeland Heroes Foundation is.
Carol lives on Beaver Lake in Derry NH where she resides with her husband Barry and their Maine Coon Kitty Jackson. She is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University.

Scott King
BOARD MEMBER | Active Since 2020
Scott King believes we as private citizens have a duty to donate to military charities. Being a part of Homeland Heroes is an opportunity to be more engaged to make a positive contribution to our local veterans. Scott is President and co-owner of New England Orbital Services Inc. Located in Salem NH, the company installs and fabricates High-purity components and gas piping systems. Scott is a licensed Master pipe fitter with a degree in welding technology from Manchester Technical College. Scott sits on the Bureau of Pipefitters, Refrigeration Technicians, and Sprinkler fitters in Boston. Scott lives in Derry NH with his wife Michelle. They share a blended family of four children and two grandchildren.
Scott is involved with the Homeland Heroes foundation with the goal of honoring a debt to those that have answered the call to defend our freedoms and for whatever reason, need a helping hand.
Mike Ware

Michael Ware is the principal owner and manager of Granite State Insurance & Risk Management based Hampton NH which provides business insurance plans for a wide variety of businesses in NH, ME, and MA. As a prior active duty Air Force veteran, Michael is actively involved in marketing and connecting with businesses who seek to contribute funds, donations, and resources to the Homeland Heroes Foundation. Michael, his wife Meredith, and their family reside in Hampstead, NH.

Larry Scarlotto

Larry is a former Navy Hospital Corpsman serving with the US Marine Corps. After his time in the Military he spent over 40 years working in the restaurant industry. Having been a highly competitive body builder in his younger years,he currently operates his own personal training business. He also is a realtor working with REMAX on the Move in Hampton NH. He looks forward to giving back to the veteran community through the Homeland Heroes Foundation. Larry is a graduate of The University of New Hampshire, and is a longtime resident of Portsmouth NH.

Carol Murphy

Carol Murphy spent 30+ years in international sales and marketing management positions for major technology companies. Now retired, she dedicates her time to giving back at Shephard’s Pantry in Windham, NH and Homeland Heros Foundation. Carol lives in Windham with her husband Ed and enjoys spending time in Boston where her daughter Kristina lives.

Joseph O’Connell

Joseph O’Connell is an accomplished Executive Sales Leader with over 26 years of experience in driving revenue growth, optimizing profitability, and building strong client relationships across diverse markets. He has a proven track record in P&L management, team leadership, and strategic planning, having managed teams of 3-15 direct reports while overseeing multi-million-dollar budgets. Throughout his career, Joseph has successfully implemented companywide initiatives that improved operational efficiency and reduced costs by 15% annually, all while maintaining a results-driven culture of accountability and integrity.
Joseph’s extensive experience spans from transitioning out of the U.S. Army into the alcohol beverage industry, where he excelled in both B2B and B2C sales. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Sales at Mass Bay Brewing Company, he has consistently driven revenue growth, enhanced team performance, and led innovative marketing campaigns that increased revenue by 3.4%. Alongside his corporate career, Joseph has also been a successful entrepreneur, maintaining close to 100% booking capacity and 4-star reviews from his customers in his vacation rental business. He is passionate about mentoring teams, fostering leadership development, and delivering excellence across all aspects of sales operations.

Lynne F. Blankenbeker

CAPT (ret) Lynne Blankenbeker earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree in 1986 from Troy State University. She earned her Juris Doctorate (JD) Degree in 2007 from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, NH. In 1986, she was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the US Air Force Nurse Corps through the Air Force ROTC Program.
Lynne spent nearly six years on Active duty at various Air Force Hospitals, including a seven month tour in the Area of Operation in support of Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm where she served as an obstetrics nurse, a flight nurse and an operating room nurse.
In 2000, she affiliated with the Navy Reserve (NR) and spent the next 22 years of her career in multiple assignments and supporting combat operations spanning four deployments.
Noteworthy assignments included a 2003 deployment in support of Iraqi Freedom caring for wounded warriors, deployment in support of Operation Enduring Freedom from 2011-2012 in Kandahar Afghanistan, a 3- year recall to the Pentagon to serve as the healthcare policy advisor to the Chief of Navy Reserve, a 2-year recall to the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery to serve as the Director for Navy Medicine Reserve Policy and Integration, Commanding Officer of the Reserve Naval Hospital in San Diego, deployment aboard the USNS COMFORT in 2020 in response to the COVID crisis in New Your City, and deployment from 2021-2022 to the Joint Task Force- Guantanamo Bay, serving as the Chief Nursing Officer for medical operations in support of the law of armed conflict detainees. On November 1, 2022 she retired from the Navy Reserve after 36.5 years of commissioned service.
In her civilian capacity, Lynne is currently serving as the Senior Policy Advisor for Women, Peace and Security to the Chief of Naval Operations. Previous to this role, she served as the Director for Consumer Protection and a civil litigator for the Office of Legal Affairs in American Samoa from 2022-2024. She has also served as a prosecutor for the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office and served two terms as an elected Representative in the New Hampshire House of Representatives from 2009-2012, where she was the Vice Chair of State and Federal Relations and Veteran’s Affairs and as a member of the Health and Human Services Committee. In 2011, Lynne was awarded the New Hampshire Woman of the Year award.
Lynne is authorized to wear the Legion of Merit (two awards), the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), the Air Force Commendation Medal, the Navy and Marine Corps Achieving Medal, the Air Force achievement Medal, and numerous campaign and outstanding unit medals and ribbons.

Samantha Zimmerman

Samantha Zimmermann is the owner and operator of Elite Care Physical Therapy in Windham, NH since 2024. A practicing physical therapist since 2012, Samantha spent the first 6 years of her career as an Active Duty Navy PT, providing care to Marines, Sailors, Soldiers, Coast Guardsmen, and Airmen. While on Active Duty, she deployed in support of the Special Operations Joint Task Force Afghanistan in Kabul. Since leaving the military, she has worked as a physical therapist and adjunct faculty teaching Doctoral Physical Therapy students at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. Samantha graduated undergraduate and graduate school from Simmons College in Boston, MA. She now lives in Windham, NH with her husband Dave and their two little boys.

David T Voight

CW4 (ret) David Voight has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management he is a former Army Maintenance Warrant Officer serving with the New Hampshire Army National Guard for 26 years. With 4 overseas deployments and multiple state missions.
David currently owns McGarvey’s Bar in Manchester, NH and is licensed Realtor in NH with KW Metropolitan out of Bedford NH.
David lives in Litchfield with his fiancée Tracy, He has been a volunteer at Homeland Hero’s for the past 11 years helping out in giving back to fellow veterans

Nicholas Mangino

Nicholas Mangino is a results-driven operations and strategy leader with experience in organizational restructuring, process development, and executive coordination within a federal contracting environment. In his role as Deputy Chief of Staff at Carrigg Commercial Builders, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, he works directly with executive leadership to streamline internal systems, strengthen team accountability, and support high-level decision-making across multiple active projects and business divisions.
With a strong background in federal-level coordination through his work with the United States Marshals Service and the Office of Congressman John B. Larson, Nicholas brings disciplined operational thinking and mission-focused execution into the private sector. He has played a key role in aligning executive vision with day-to-day field operations, improving internal communication flow, and supporting the development of scalable systems that reduce inefficiencies and increase project readiness.
Nicholas is passionate about building structured pathways for growth, improving organizational cohesion, and ensuring that both leadership and field teams operate with clarity, purpose, and long-term strategic focus.

Mark Iannuccillo

Mark Iannuccillo is a seasoned business banking executive recognized for building consultative, results-driven relationships that help organizations strengthen cash flow, fuel growth, and achieve long-term success. Backed by advanced credit training from Moody’s Analytics and a graduate credential from the New England School of Financial Studies, Mark brings both strategic insight and financial precision to his work.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, where he earned his degree in Business Management and Finance (summa cum laude) and was inducted into the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society, Mark has continued to blend professional excellence with community service throughout his career.
He has served in numerous leadership and board roles, including with Lucy’s Love Bus, where he was a two-time Board Chair, The Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce, and the Wilmington/Tewksbury Chamber of Commerce. A long-time Rotarian, Mark has also held positions as Vice President and Director of the Wilmington Rotary Club. Mark is a dedicated advocate for the veteran community. He serves as a mentor with American Corporate Partners (ACP), guiding veterans and military spouses through career transitions, and has been a long-time supporter of Veterans Count, helping provide critical resources and support to service members and their families. His commitment to service has earned him recognition as a Greater Newburyport Chamber of Commerce 40 Under 40 Honoree and a Massachusetts House of Representatives Citation for community leadership.
Deeply passionate about giving back, Mark joined the Homeland Heroes Foundation to support veterans and their families—an extension of his lifelong dedication to strengthening the communities we call home.

Driven by a passion for connecting and championing those who’ve served, Meghan brings deep expertise in strategy, outreach, and brand development to the Homeland Heroes Foundation. With a strong background in impactful marketing, she’s committed to ensuring veterans’ stories are heard, their needs are met, and every opportunity for empowerment is explored. For Meghan, this work is a heartfelt mission to create lasting, positive change for those who have sacrificed so much.

Kimberly McMahon

Kim McMahon and her husband Charlie have 3 wonderful children and 2 granddaughters. Their oldest son Charlie has cerebral palsy and they are very active in disability rights in New Hampshire as parents, as well as her husband serving as a NH State Representative on the Health, Human Services and Elderly Affairs Committee.
Kim partners with her husband as a Realtor “Team McMahon” serving NH and MA with Coco, Early & Associates out of the Windham, NH office.
They are great supporters of the military and appreciate the huge sacrifices and challenges that face our men and women in the services. Through their affiliation with Homeland Heroes Foundation they have found a way to channel their resources and connections to help in a more personal way.

Charlie McMahon

Charlie McMahon has been a Representative at the New Hampshire State House of Representatives since 2002 where he serves on the Committee for Health, Human Services and Elderly Affairs. He is an award winning real estate agent with Coco, Early & Associates serving NH and MA out of the Windham, NH office. Charlie channels his resources and connections to help the Homeland Heroes Foundation better serve our active military and veterans. He lives with his wife Kimberly in Windham, NH.
