The Homeland Heroes Foundation and our co-hosts, Dave Tille, Veteran and Director of Veteran Services at Harbor Care: Veterans First, and Phil Taub, Co-Founder of Swim With A Mission, bring you real stories of sacrifice, triumph, and the struggles of veterans, their families, and those who help the veteran community.
